Structural glass rooflights, lifting & glazing
Large laminated glass panels are lifted onto rooftops with glass vacuum lifters attached to a truck mounred crane or mini crane. Operatives are able to position the glass into place in a safe and timely manor before sealing with structural silicone to complete the project.
Only a small number of operatives and a crane are required using this technique.

GLASS LIFTING IN MALTA
Installing heavy structural glass panels into the floor of a swimming pool using a lifting gantry and vacuum lifters. We transported the glass from the UK to Malta for our experienced installers to lift into place and complete the installation.

Replacement of glass panels with articulated cherry picker, spider crane, vacuum lifters and underhang lifting beam.
We also arranged:

- Parking suspensions.
We use the BG250/TMC25 & TMC525 spider cranes / mini crawler cranes. These mini cranes are suitable for most glass lifting scenarios.

Our vacuum lifters can be used for lifting stone by changing the pads.

Our mini crawler crane can also be used for the lifting of granite stone with our vacuum lifters and stone pad attachment.
Our stone pad vacuum lifters are available to hire with or without mobile cranes.

Curtain walling, glass balustrade, large mirrors and a glazed extension are glazed effortlessly with the expertise of experienced structural glass installers. Our installers have extensive experience of most glazing systems, including aluminium framed and frameless glass.
